In many cultures it is thought that the dragonfly brings good luck. In Japan, they are symbols of rebirth, courage, strength, and happiness. They are also depicted frequently in Japanese art and literature, especially haiku poetry. This beautiful sterling silver pendant is accented with natural abalone shell. It is hand crafted in a Fair-Trade cooperative in Bali, Indonesia. Presented on an 18” sterling chain.
